It is specially designed for the fermentation of molasses. AMOEAST for the fermentation of syrup and grain is in pipeline.

AMOFINE is a purified fining agent consisting of collagen produced from the traditional source, predominantly fish swim bladders. AMOFINE is supplied as an easy to dissolve powder yet still maintains the properities of finings prepared over a long period of time.

AMOFLOC is comprised of carrageenan which from the marine macro algae commonly known as seaweeds. Widely used in brewing industry to help in removing excess protein from wort and to produce bright beer. Its highly negative charged and helps to absorb excess protein in wort and settle it out as cold break.
AMOGEL - 99
Beer Foam Stabilizer
AMOGEL – 99 is a customized blend of alginate, give greater increases in foam stability than are given by equal amounts of neutral polysaccharides. This is due to electrostatic interaction between carboxy groups on the alginate molecules and amino groups on the peptides in the bubble wall. This interaction within the bubble wall is responsible for the stabilizing action of alginate against the harmful effects of lipid-like materials in beer foam.
